What we are looking for:

We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused Talent Acquisition Advisor. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, as a brand ambassador, you will be primarily responsible for providing our Information Technology (IT) and Global Business Operations teams with the best possible recruitment support. With an emphasis on increasing brand recognition, improving recruiting efficiency, and guaranteeing the quality of hiring, all while improving the applicant experience, your contributions will be crucial in taking our function to new heights. As a key member of the team, you will have a big impact on how diverse our talent pool is, work closely with us to create an inclusive workplace culture, and put employee retention first.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for Fiera Capital, working diligently to solidify our reputation as an employer of choice in our industry, thus increasing our visibility, employment brand, and network presence.
  • Take charge of acquiring market knowledge and translating business acumen into strategic approaches to generate high-quality candidate pools (attraction, candidate sourcing, talent pipeline).
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle with a business partner approach.
  • Embrace a proactive recruitment mindset, ensuring the formation of high-quality candidate pools while minimizing the use of external agencies and delivering outstanding service with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Serve as a representative of our recruitment process, ensuring compliance with the established process flows (e.g., quality of hires, candidate experience, etc.).

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Recognized for productivity and autonomy, characterized by resourcefulness and responsibility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including expertise in sourcing approach and full-cycle recruitment responsibilities (Previous experience in the investment industry and/or global recruitment is a nice to have).
  • Previous involvement in strategic projects and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and champion for hunting new candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Action-oriented, impactful, and a track record of exceeding goals and objectives.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, complemented by effective prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding the team’s values of collaboration, excellence, and integrity.
  • Well-versed in new technologies and data management, with a rigorous approach.
  • A university diploma in a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Additional Information:

  • Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week.
