As an essential member of our team, you will work under the supervision of the After-Sales Supervisor to support service operations with sharp organizational skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) from Monday to Friday
• Competitive pay: between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, with bonuses

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory in our SAP system and ensure the reception and shipping of goods
• Prepare parts for technicians and follow up on quotes for maintenance
• Close work orders for billing and collaborate with the internal sales team to follow up on quotes and obtain purchase orders (PO)
• Ensure smooth logistics for returns and maintain inventory
• Manage incoming calls, mail, and office supplies
