Boring Mill Operator – Vertical (5+ Years Experience Required)
Location: On-site | Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $23.00–$33.00 (Negotiable based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Vertical Boring Mill Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Vertical Boring Mills with minimal supervision

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints

• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining

• Inspect parts to ensure dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow safety protocols and production standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with boring mills (vertical)

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints

• Proficient with manual or CNC Vertical Boring Mill machines

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection tools

Assets (Not Required but Considered a Plus):

• Experience with CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)

• Knowledge of other machining equipment (e.g., lathes, milling machines)

• Bilingual (English/French)
