Job Description

Do you enjoy working with people, are organized, and have an interest in agricultural machinery? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Parts Clerk to join our team.

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for sales, inventory management, and customer service at the parts counter.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet customers (in person and over the phone) and meet their parts needs

  • Advise customers on compatible parts and accessories

  • Prepare and invoice orders

  • Follow up on special orders

  • Receive, verify, and sort parts

  • Maintain Maintaining order and inventory in the department

  • Collaborate with workshop technicians to supply parts needed for repairs

  • Participate in organizing the annual inventory

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position (an asset)

  • Knowledge of agricultural, industrial, or automotive machinery (strong asset)

  • Good customer service skills

  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor

  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously times

  • Fluency in spoken and written French
