Process Technicians (Electronics) - Evening and Night Shifts

C-MAC is a global leader in the manufacture of electronic products for demanding sectors such as automotive, telecommunications and medical. We collaborate with internationally renowned companies and serve our customers from three strategic locations: Warwick (UK), Renaix (Belgium), and Sherbrooke (Canada). Our Sherbrooke plant employs nearly 140 people and specializes in the manufacture of hybrid circuits and the specialized assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). Due to our growth, we are urgently seeking Process Technicians.

Your Role

As a Process Technician, you will play a key role in the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. You provide technical support on the production floor, contribute to product quality, and support production teams in problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operations (production/quality) and intervene quickly in the event of process deviations.

• Participate in the

  Participate in the introduction of new products/new methods (qualification, validation, documentation).

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

• Support technical training and the standardization of practices on the shop floor.

Desired Profile

• DEC in electronics technology, industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or AEC (or any relevant training).

• Ability to work in a team and to manage Manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to build positive collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.

• Functional English: spoken and reading (documentation, technical discussions).

• Rigour, autonomy, organizational skills, and a taste for continuous improvement.
