Production foreman for kitchen cabinets

Salary

Salary is based on the experience and autonomy of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Control the quality of finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Ensure workplace health and safety by enforcing applicable rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with design teams to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and standards-compliant work environment.
• Train and supervise shop floor personnel to ensure production optimal.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a production team in the cabinet, furniture, or similar manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in kitchen cabinets.
• Skills in schedule management, planning, and organization.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality.

Compensation: Starting at $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 Hours
• Monday to Friday
