Production Manager

The director is responsible for the overall production of the plant.

He has direct responsibility for safety, quality, service, productivity, and the facility.

He is also responsible for employee development, staffing, project management, etc.

The director is the main point of contact between management and employees.

The director is responsible for developing the culture of his department and for successfully running the operation by practicing our core values.

The Production Manager must be passionate about lean manufacturing.

For this position, we are looking for a strong candidate with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor manufacturing operations.
• Manage quality, productivity, and maintenance expectations.
• Manage appropriate staffing levels and facilitate employee training, development, and career advancement.
• Facilitate various operational programs and ensure plant compliance.
• Maintain appropriate communication with other plants based in Canada and abroad. US
