Building Renovation (Maintenance, repairs, upkeep)

We are looking for motivated candidates for positions in renovation, maintenance and light repairs within managed buildings. We offer opportunities for  general maintenance work, including plastering, painting, flooring, carpentry, plumbing and electricity, as well as for daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning common areas, garages and landscaping.

Compensation: $23.5 to $33.00 per hour
