WORK LOCATION: Building Administration, parks and public spaces, 2550 INDUSTRIAL BLVD Laval H7S 2G7
You will perform various technical tasks involving research and surveys necessary for the design and execution of development, maintenance, construction, modification, or renovation work in municipal buildings or on lands designated for municipal purposes. You will design reports, development proposals, construction plans, cost estimates, and construction or maintenance quotes, and oversee the work on site while ensuring coordination among stakeholders and in accordance with established budgets. You will participate in the development and execution of projects in collaboration with consulting firms or internal professionals.
