Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities within our team

• Listen, advise, and analyze the needs of our customers on the phone and in the branch;

• Seize new opportunities and offer complementary insurance products;

• Make all changes to customer files while staying on the lookout for new business opportunities;

• Be the contact person when our customers ask you for explanations about their insurance contracts;

• Assist our customers with their claims;

• Ensure the loyalty and retention of our customers during renewals.
