Project Coordinator Architect

You will be responsible for analyzing projects and coordinating construction or renovation work on municipal buildings, including but not limited to the following activities: development; design estimation; site monitoring; selection and installation of materials; establishing costs, timelines, budgets, and other related activities. You will participate, upon request, in project design and site monitoring related to files entrusted to external firms.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture and master's degree in architecture;
• Four (4) years of relevant experience in the role;
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des architectes du Québec;
• Experience in project management;
• Excellent coordination, follow-up skills, and results-oriented;
• Hold a valid class 5 driver's license and have access to a car;
• PMP certification is an asset.
