Professional Advisor - Urban Planning

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you advise the management of the Service on urban planning, land use planning, development and implementation of policies, guidelines, programs, regulations, procedures, and on any other subject within your area of expertise. Additionally, you participate in the management of programs, protocols, mandates, and projects and ensure their implementation as needed.

• Hold a bachelor's degree in urban planning and a master's degree in a related field or a master's degree in urban planning combined with a bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Have four (4) years of relevant experience in the position;
• Have expertise in discretionary urban planning (PIIA, PPCMOI), permit issuance, or real estate (an asset);
• Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec.
