Our marketing team is looking for a passionate intern who is aligned with our values to fill the position of Marketing Communications Officer.

This position will allow you to write various content, manage social media, and coordinate mandates related to our communications and marketing activities.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Writing and managing social media:

  • Write a variety of content: news, articles, appointment notices, newsletter texts, social media, websites, etc., while applying SEO best practices.
  • Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs and write blog articles highlighting the impact of their businesses.
  • Create and schedule posts for social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
  • Coordinate newsletter content and integrate social media elements for a coherent strategy.
  • Plan the annual social media and newsletter calendar in collaboration with the strategic advisor.
  • Carry out digital monitoring, respond to comments and questions on social media, and ensure positive interaction with the community.

2. Communication and marketing:

  • Implement and coordinate various communication and marketing projects (blogs, testimonials, videos, etc.) via a task manager.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the media plan: collect annual offers, manage visuals, and track advertising placement invoices.
  • Schedule and manage digital advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), collect statistics and recommend improvements.

3. Monitoring and updating information:

  • Carry out monitoring to ensure that information on the website and social media is updated.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of internal and external requests via the communications email box.

4. Other responsibilities:

  • Regularly update the advertising budget tracking table.
  • Review various content and documents.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a caring and inclusive organizational culture.

Profile sought:

Qualifications and skills:

  • AEC, DEC, Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing or related field.
  • Current studies or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Writing skills (French required, English considered an asset).
  • Knowledge of social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media techniques SEO.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools: Mailchimp, Hubspot (or other CRMs).
  • Experience with WordPress, Odoo or Google Ads (an asset).
  • Organization and rigor with the ability to meet deadlines.
