As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for building efficient processes that drive success.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, allowing them to focus on closing deals and engaging with clients.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team directors when needed.
  • Help organize and maintain sales-related documentation.

Inside Sales

  • In required territories, proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and video calls to assess their needs, provide product information, and qualify leads.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with client details, interaction logs, and sales activity tracking.

Quality Control & Pipeline Review

  • Ensure that the information in assigned sales representatives' pipelines is accurate, up to date, and that the data can be efficiently used by the operations department for planning.

Proposals & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing and delivering quotes, proposals, and presentations.

Event Coordination

  • Support the planning of sales events, trade shows, training sessions, and meetings.

NetSuite Super-User

  • After training on the tool and processes, act as a reference for assigned sales representatives, providing guidance on how to use and configure the system properly.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in CRM management, sales tracking, inside sales, or prospecting (an asset).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingualism (English-French) required – advanced English, minimum intermediate French.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (ideally NetSuite – an asset).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
