PLM Functional Analyst (3DEXPERIENCE)

As a world leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV) and product lifecycle management (PLM).

Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers in various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.

Are you a recent graduate in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering? Looking to put your CAD skills to good use in meaningful, real-world projects? Join a passionate team where your design expertise will be a driving force behind innovative projects, working directly with major industry players!

Do you have a keen interest in the PLM world, a strong desire to learn, and the flexibility to work internationally? Then this opportunity is made for you.

As a PLM Functional Analyst, you’ll play a key role in working closely with clients to define, analyze, and implement tailored solutions that meet their business needs — primarily within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain for major projects in France, Montreal or abroad.

Here, you won’t be just another cog in the machine — you’ll be on the front lines, understanding client needs, proposing concrete solutions, and supporting the development of complex systems from functional analysis to deployment.

Your responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize client requirements.
  • Write detailed functional specifications.
  • Participate in the definition and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support change management and provide training to end-users.
  • Provide functional support during and after deployment.
  • Be the main point of contact for your client throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to engineering support activities.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Initial experience (internship or co-op included) or strong interest in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of one or more Dassault Systèmes tools: 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA.
  • You’re confident in 3D modeling using CAD tools — ideally CATIA or NX.
  • Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.
  • Willingness to travel and work internationally (6 to 24-month assignments possible in Europe, Asia, North America).
  • Ability to work on projects that may be subject to defence authorization requirement.

Our perks & benefits

  • An inspiring workspace: Bright office located in the heart of Old Montreal, complete with a terrace to enjoy sunny days.
  • Flexibility & balance: A hybrid work policy tailored to projects and client needs.
  • Everyday well-being: Complimentary breakfasts, snacks, coffee… and even beers to wrap up the week with your team.
  • A vibrant social life: An active social club sponsored by Techso, organizing a variety of activities (chalet getaways, cruises, camping trips, holiday parties, and more).
  • Unique opportunities: The chance to travel, with a mobility allowance for consultants on the go.
  • Meaningful involvement: Opportunities to contribute to exciting internal projects that shape our growth.
  • A community of experts: A passionate team eager to share knowledge and support your professional development.
  • Peace of mind: Comprehensive private health insurance tailored to your needs.
