Project Manager (structure)

We are looking for a structural project manager who will be able to orchestrate the stages of the various projects with particular attention to optimizing budgets, resources and deadlines.

You:
As a structural project manager, you will ensure the management and coordination of large-scale projects in various fields.

You will be responsible for technical and administrative supervision while ensuring compliance with established budgets and their optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Rigorous budget management: establish and monitor project budgets, analyze financial gaps, and propose adjustments to optimize costs without compromising quality and security.
• Plan the financial resources required for each stage, ensuring the efficiency of investments.
• Supervise the design of structures (concrete, steel,) in collaboration with technical teams, while respecting budgetary constraints.
• Development and monitoring of financial schedules: ensure the correct allocation of expenses for each phase and produce financial progress reports.
• Carry out site visits to ensure compliance with technical standards and the initial budget.
• Maintain close relationships with clients, partners and subcontractors, ensuring the transparency and clarity of the project's financial reports.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
• Member of the OIQ
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in structure
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate costs, financial forecasts and manage financial contingencies.
• Good command of design and project management software.
