We are currently seeking an Independent Recruitment Agent for a full-time or part-time, 100% remote position.
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, including:
Writing, publishing, and distributing job offers on various platforms
Identifying and approaching talent in various sectors
Conducting telephone screenings
Coordinating due diligence Hiring
Carry out the onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain an active and engaging presence on recruitment platforms
Draft and manage employment contracts
Training in human resources (DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificate) or equivalent
Experience or knowledge in recruitment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
100% remote position
Ultra-flexible schedule: work between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday
Commission-based compensation: $25,000 to $40,000 in the first year, up to $50,000+ in the second year
Possibility of a base salary based on performance, in addition to commissions
